He has no mother. Has to maintain all of them considering his pleading . As he is found guilty for the offence U/sec 138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act. He is sentenced to undergo one year simple imprisonment and also liable to pay a fine of Rs.5000/- ( Rupees Five Thousand only) or in default of payment of fine he shall undergo Two months of Simple Imprisonment.
