Both parties present. Judgment pronounced vide separately. The Accused was questioned before passing sentence U/sec 255(2) Crpc. She pleaded she has no Husband. Her father is on death bed. And suffering with ill health. Considering her pleading as she is found guilty for the offence U/sec138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act. He is sentenced to undergo One year simple Imprisonment and also liable to pay a fine if Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) or in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo Two months of fine, he shall undergo Two months, of SI.
