Hi s father and sister are not doing well. No body is there to look after. Considering his pleading as he is found guilty for the offence . U/sec138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act. He is sentenced to undergo One year simple Imprisonment and also liable to pay a fine if Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) or in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo Two months of fine, he shall undergo Two months, of SI.
