case being related to police case and this case is realted to private complainat and NI act police are not executing the warrents under N.I.Acts although interested and matters being dragged on. on the ground of NBW pending the court is empowered to authorise any person either the commissioner are the complainant and in this cases the complainant is not attending in the court nor taking interest to execute warrant therefore the compalilnant is directed to present in person and give in writing whether he is able to execute the warrant interest to him as he is not taken in the warrant from the court and report by 20.9.2018. |
