Both parties present. Judgment pronounced vide separately. The Accused was questioned before passing sentence U/sec 255(2) Crpc. He pleaded that he has not commited any offence. Considering his pleading as he is found guilty for the offence U/sec138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act.
