The 1St Accused Represented by 2nd Accused was questioned before passing sentence U/sec 255(2) Crpc. She pleaded she got sugar, B.P and Heart Complaint. She did not know the Complainant. Considering her pleading A1 Represented by A2 is found guilty for the offence U/sec 138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act. The A1 Represented by 2nd Accused is sentenced to undergo One year Simple Imprisonment and also liable to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) or in default in payment of fine.
