Both parties present. Judgment pronounced vide separately. The Accused was questioned before passing sentence U/sec 255(2) Crpc. He pleaded that he has not done any offence. He did not borrow the amount. In 2016 as his borther died. Case is filed against him. He got wife and children. Considering his pleading as he is found guilty for the offence . U/sec138 of NI Act punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act.
