She pleaded his health is not good Considering his pleading as She is found guilty for the offence U/sec 138 of NI Act Punishable U/sec 142 of NI Act. She is sentenced to undergo one year Simple Imprisonment and also liable to pay a fine of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand Only) or in default of payment of fine, she shall undergo two months of SI.
